Training Programme on Enhancing Grassroot Justice Eco – System through Legal Literacy among 3 Gaon Panchayat in Margherita Block, Tinsukia District was organized by Legal Cell for Human Rights (LCHR) under the support of Manos Unidas on 28^th & 29^th January 2023 at Mary Help of Christian Church, Margherita.

There were 30 participants including the LCHR staff and the Resource persons.

Ms. Pronamika Konwar, the Executive Magistrate of Sub – Divisional Judicial Magistrate Court, Margherita was invited as guest in the training programme.

The resource persons were

1. Adv. Indrajit Chakma – National Food Security Act, Right to Food under Public Distribution System and POCSO Act 2012.
2. Fr. John Minj – Human Trafficking
3. Ms. Sabita Barwa – How to conduct awareness through street play.
