On 9th September 2022, Legal Cell for Human Rights (LCHR) – Guwahati, organized Training of Community Leaders on ‘Child Rights’ under the support of ‘KINDERMISSIONSWERK’ at Dawagre, Loyola School, Williamnagar, East Garo Hills – Meghalaya.

A total of 87 participants participated in the training programme. They were trained on the following topics –

1. ‘The Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act 2012’ – by Adv. Challang Artius Marak
2. ‘The Prohibition of Child Marriage Act 2006’ – by Adv. Albania Kilse B. Marak
3. ‘Child Rights and Right to Education’ – by Adv. Talse M. Sangma
