Training and Education of Catechists on ‘Child Rights’ was organized by Legal Cell for Human Rights (LCHR) under the support ‘Kindermissionswerk’ on 28th November 2021 at St. John De Britto Parish, Balipara (Sonitpur) and Catholic Church, Saboti (North Lakhimpur) under the guidance of Director LCHR, Fr. Owen Chourappa SJ.

It was organized to train and educate the Catechists on different child rights. There were 106 participants at St. John De Britto Parish, Balipara and 87 participants at Catholic Church, Saboti.

Mr. Suman Indwar, LL.M and Mr. Gyandeep Topno, MSW, Ms. Mousumi Kalita, B.A.LL.B(H) and Mr. Libid Baghwar, BB.A.LL.B (H) were the resource persons at Balipara and Saboti respectively.
