On 31st October 2022, a Legal awareness programme was organized by ‘Nowboicha Baptist Association’ in collaboration with ‘Legal Cell for Human Rights (A Unit of Prachodaya Trust)’ and ‘North East Legal Fraternity (NELF) under the support of ‘MISSIO’ at Doolahat Baptist Church, North-Lakhimpur.

There were 110 participants in the programme. The resource persons were

1. Adv. Joseph Minz (North Lakhimpur Bar Association),
2. Adv. Suman Indwar, and
3. Adv. Vijay Topno.
