“Formation Of Cluster-Groups Among The Para Legal Persons & Training Them To Access Justice In The Assam Tea Plantations” is an ongoing programme in 7 districts of Assam. 18 groups have been formed in the districts of Sonitpur, Dibrugarh, Tinsukia, Darrang, Udalguri, Nagaon, Biswanath Chariali and North Lakhimpur districts. These groups have been trained collectively on group management skills, leadership skills, advocacy skills and on Child Rights- right to survival, right to protection, right to development and right to participation- to access justice and to work for the protection and promotion of child rights among the plantation labourers in Assam. The group members empower the people around them with legal knowledge, information and legal procedures.
